In addition to the state-issued 5-2-1 warranty, MB offers an extra 5 years on the structural warranty, making it a 10-year warranty through 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty .

5-year Structural (Free from major structural defects due to noncompliance with building standards)
2-year Mechanical (Plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling and ventilating)
1-year Entire Home (Free from material defect due to noncompliance from building standard - *appliances are 1 year*)

Please verify that the issue is still covered by warranty and that the item is not a maintenance item. If the issue meets these criteria, then proceed to submit your online request. A customer service representative will contact you regarding your warranty request within 48 hours.

Note: Most items come with a Manufacturers warranty that can extend past Manuel Builders warranty.
