**Manuel Builders will only warranty items covered in the New Home Warranty Act. The warranty period starts when legal title is transferred or the home is first occupied. Please consult the New Home Warranty Act for full details. Below are the different lengths of coverage for you home. 1 Year-Free from material defect due to noncompliance from building standards 2 Year-Plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and ventilating 5 year-Free from major structural defects due to noncompliance with building standards
