Meet the Hardies!

We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Brian and Cherie Hardie, two of our newest Manuel Builders homeowners, and chat with them about what led them to choose Manuel Builders and their experience with the home building process. The Hardies, residing in Lake Charles, discovered us through their family, who also selected Manuel Builders for their home construction. When they brainstormed and drafted their home preferences, their plans consistently resembled the Charlotte floor plan. Undoubtedly, the Charlotte floor plan perfectly suited their needs!

Our favorite aspect of this meeting was hearing about how their new home will serve as the ideal space for hosting family gatherings and enjoying precious moments together. Brian grew up in a family where everyone would congregate at his grandfather’s house for dinners, holidays, and more. Now, Brian and Cherie eagerly anticipate assuming the role of hosts for these future gatherings, dinners, holidays, and beyond!

When asked about their favorite part of the building process, they both agreed that the ease of working with Manuel Builders stood out to them. We were delighted to hear this, as we prioritize ensuring a streamlined and straightforward process for our homeowners. Some of their cherished features in their home include the spacious bath tub, the large pantry, and the kitchen (especially since Cherie is a fantastic cook!).
