We’re proud to share some exciting news - our Eagles Gate community in Denham Springs has been awarded First Place in its category at the Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge’s 2026 Parade of Homes.
This recognition is especially meaningful, as the Parade of Homes brings together some of the most respected builders and communities across the region. Each entry is evaluated by a panel of industry professionals from local Home Builders Associations throughout South Louisiana, ensuring a high standard of expertise and credibility in the judging process.
Homes featured in this year’s competition were carefully reviewed for overall construction quality, with detailed scoring across key areas such as kitchen design, primary suites, outdoor living spaces, and front elevation. Every element is considered, from functionality and craftsmanship to aesthetic appeal and innovation.
