Muddy Boots is designed for people who are considering building on their own land and want a closer look at the homebuilding journey. This event gives you the opportunity to walk through a home currently under construction, ask questions directly to our team, and get a feel for the craftsmanship and process behind every Manuel Builders home.

Whether you’re just starting your research or already planning your future build, this event offers valuable insight into what to expect.

Tour the Samuel Farmhouse Floor Plan

During this event, guests will have the opportunity to walk through the Samuel Farmhouse floor plan while it’s under construction. Touring an active job site gives you a unique perspective that photos and finished homes simply can’t provide.

You’ll get to:

• Explore a home during the construction phase
• See room sizes and layouts in person
• Learn more about the building process from start to finish
• Meet members of our team and ask questions one-on-one
• Discover unique features and craftsmanship details throughout the home

Do I actually need boots for this event?

Not necessarily! Hopefully, we’ll have clear skies and dry conditions. Comfortable shoes are always recommended, but boots may not be needed.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nothing is required. If you’d like to bring a notebook for ideas or questions, that’s always a great idea. We’ll also have informational handouts available.

What if this isn’t the floor plan I want?

That’s okay! Touring any home under construction is a great way to understand layout, room sizes, craftsmanship, and the building process overall.
